Punto a Punto

Real change happens when we honestly look at the daily habits we perpetuate, and slowly replace them with habits that foster whole health of our body, mind and spirit.

Little by little, point by point, it’s the cumulation of small steps we take that ultimately bring us to our destination.

  • Hola, I'm Noelle.

To put it simply, I love Chinese Medicine! Chinese Medicine changed my relationship to my body and the way I view and synchronize with the natural world. This medicine gave me tools to true healing that no other medical system has which is why I devote my life to the study and practice of Chinese medicine in order to share it with others.

I was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease at 13 which inspired me to experiment and learn how to heal through diet/nutrition, physical exercise and artistic creation. I spent the last 18 years really developing myself in the areas of oil painting, culinary arts, and yoga which all contributed to a healthy body/mind/spirit however, after the birth of my first son Leo, my digestive health plummeted and these areas of cultivation weren’t enough to pull me out of my illness.

    Enter, Chinese Medicine.

Working with a skilled practitioner, I was able to learn about the energetics of food (not something you learn in a nutrition class), about how to eat with the seasons and take care of my spleen. I had no idea what that all meant but I was so intrigued that these ordinary filiform needles, these somewhat bitter herbs and the unique nutrition advice all were making such profound changes in my life. I decided one day while laying on the treatment table that this was my calling, that this is how I wanted to be of service to the world.

And so, here I am, studying daily and falling more in love with the medicine everyday.

Chinese medicine is an entire medical system which means that it has a system in place to treat almost any ailment through a combination of acupuncture, herbal medicine, tui na (massage), nutrition and exercise. My personal interests are in digestive health, emotional/mental health, pre/post natal care and pediatrics, however if you have a musculoskeletal injury or pain, don’t let that stop you from coming in, Acupuncture is great for that too!
